We are looking for a reliable and friendly Minibus Driver to support our service in Curdridge, Kitnocks House, by transporting staff to and from work. You will ensure safe, punctual, and comfortable journeys for our team, playing an important role in helping our staff provide excellent care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and drop off staff along a designated route in Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth & Surrounding areas
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for passengers
- Conduct routine safety checks on the vehicle before and after use
- Keep accurate mileage and fuel records
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to team members
Hours
- Morning shift: Approx. 2 hours
- Evening shift: Approx. 2 hours
- Weekend work required
- 14 hours per week
Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence (D1 entitlement required)
- You will need a Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Must be over 21 years old
- Be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
- Previous experience driving minibuses or similar vehicles preferred
- MIDAS certification (preferred)
- Good time management and reliability
- Friendly and professional manner
- Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
