This role is all about data, reporting, and insight for Sales and Marketing. The person in this job owns how performance is measured, reported, and turned into decisions. Instead of just producing dashboards, they ensure the business actually uses data to prioritise better, improve campaigns, forecast accurately, and drive growth.

This role is critical in ensuring the business makes data‑driven, commercially sound decisions. By creating a clear, trusted view of sales and marketing performance, you enable leadership to prioritise the right opportunities, optimise investment, and drive sustainable growth. You’ll act as the single source of truth for performance insight, eliminating ambiguity and ensuring everyone from sales to marketing to senior leadership is aligned on what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus next.

Beyond reporting, this role plays a key part in shaping strategy and improving outcomes. By uncovering trends, identifying issues, and translating data into clear recommendations, you directly influence how the business improves conversion, increases efficiency, and ultimately grows revenue. You’ll also drive greater accountability and discipline across the organisation, improving data quality, reporting standards, and how teams use insight day to day turning data from a passive output into an active driver of performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Creating dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Tracking the full sales funnel (leads → pipeline → revenue)
  • Analysing campaign performance and ROI
  • Ensuring data is accurate and consistent
  • Translating numbers into clear, actionable recommendations

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience turning sales and marketing data into clear, actionable insight that drives commercial decisions
  • Proven ability to build robust reporting and dashboards, creating a trusted single source of truth for performance
  • Solid commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of funnels, pipeline, conversion, and revenue drivers
  • A track record of delivering exec-level insight, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping strategy
  • A disciplined approach to data quality, governance, and continuous improvement across reporting and processes
