- Running the engine room - maintaining trackers, dependencies and day-to-day coordination.
- Keeping everyone aligned - managing approvals, agency admin and POs (as required).
- Coordinate delivery activity including meetings, stand-ups, diaries, on-site shoots and video recordings to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Support team prioritisation and workload discipline by maintaining trackers, action logs and dependency management.
- Act as a 'runner', working closely with Customer Office Ops & Performance to keep governance aligned and plans on track.
- Keep plans on track - manage timelines, owners, dependencies, risks & escalations.
- Run the rhythm - coordinate meetings, agendas, actions & progress updates (including All-Hands & events).
- Power content delivery - support internal comms, newsletters, asset sharing & publishing across platforms.
- Keep the admin flowing - support POs, suppliers and invoice tracking with Customer Ops.
- Keep things organised - maintain SharePoint, naming conventions, templates & version control.
- Support planning cycles - help pull together inputs for quarterly planning and reporting.

You're highly organised, proactive and a clear communicator who keeps things moving and gets the detail right. Confident working with different stakeholders, you bring structure, discipline and a calm, can-do approach.
