SGN is seeking a Portfolio Benefits Lead to define, plan, track and report benefits across a major transformation portfolio within the Operations directorate. The role is hybrid/office based with some UK travel, supporting a multi-year programme and reporting into senior leaders.
You will establish governance and a consistent benefits framework, link benefits to business cases, and collaborate with portfolio, project and operational teams to realise value across the organisation.
