As a Design Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and negotiating design guidance and process changes. You will ensure customer design updates are accurately interpreted, assessed for impact, and aligned with both Customer and Cornerstone's commercial and strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and update national and project-specific design guidance.
  • Generate and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, including automation and digital transformation.
  • Assess customer design guidance and communicate essential information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and articulate the commercial implications of new initiatives.
  • Apply and adapt established design delivery processes to support design partners and delivery managers.
  • Identify and resolve clearly defined issues using sound judgement and available guidelines.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders, and design partners.
  • Translate and communicate complex design information clearly and purposefully.
  • Understand the contribution of design governance to departmental and project objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in telecoms engineering or the telecommunications industry.
  • Knowledge of project processes and development.
  • Broad experience working with MNOs and other customers.
  • Familiarity with CAD systems or equivalent platforms.
