This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our Lean Central Practice, working together with the LCP Lead overseeing a portfolio of initiatives and supporting regional teams to make meaningful change.
Here’s how you will contribute…
- Working together with the LCP team (the LCP Lead and at any point in time Secondees into the team) you will actively also work in a ‘hands‑on’ capacity developing and delivering improvement initiatives with Ops personnel in the regions and across wider Enterprise functions.
- You’ll also champion Lean methodologies, educating the wider business on how innovative changes can reduce waste and drive efficiency.
- You’ll maintain key trackers and dashboards for Lean initiatives.
- Provide insightful reporting to our Senior Leadership team.
- Deliver training on essential tools like process mapping and visual management.
- Acting as a key point of support for our regional Lean teams, you’ll help identify opportunities for improvement and guide less experienced team members.

- Ideally Green Belt certified or with an ambition to work towards it in the short-term with potential aspirations to progress towards Black Belt certification.
- A positive attitude and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Innovativeness, producing responses to problems, generating ideas and challenging others to do so, developing new approaches to improve or replace existing processes.
- Experience in operations or similar environments is a plus, but most importantly, you’ll be innovative, commercially aware, and outcome focused.
- A willingness to travel across the Southern UK and Scotland as and when necessary, for various events and meetings.
