We are seeking an experienced IT Back Office Solution Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end IT solutions that support core business functions, ensuring alignment with strategic and technical objectives.

- Play a key role within the Back Office Product Group team, collaborating with Architecture and Business Solutions teams.
- Provide end-to-end solution designs—both high-level and detailed—for projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and corporate strategies.
- Ensure all solutions are consistent with enterprise architectural roadmaps and technical standards.
- Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from idea generation to technical delivery.
- Use your knowledge of the application estate and available technical options to design solutions that offer best value and are fit for purpose.
- Work within the boundaries of the strategic architectural roadmap to meet the business needs effectively.
What you will need
- A solid background in software delivery, with a well-rounded technical understanding.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex information.
- Experience with Oracle e-Business Suite is desirable.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is desirable
- Familiarity with support functions such as HR and Finance would be beneficial.
