You'll become part of one of our friendly, welcoming teams who supports some amazing individuals with physical and learning disabilities to live their lives to the fullest, both at home and in their community.
From cooking and daily routines to arts, crafts, gardening and days out - no two days are ever the same .

No experience? No problem! We'll train you, pay you and support you every step of the way. You'll even gain funded, recognised qualifications as you work.

Some of the people we support do have their own mobility cars, so it would be great if you are also a driver, but this isn't a deal breaker for the right candidates.

- Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift will usually fall into early shifts and backshifts.
Public holidays and weekends would be a requirement on a rotational basis.
Some of the people we support enjoy going on holiday too, so occasionally you may be asked to support this activity which would also involve working a sleepover.
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
