Cornerstone is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a major HR and Payroll system implementation on a fixed-term basis (6–12 months). The role is based in Scotland with hybrid working across multiple offices including Irvine, and you will coordinate change across HR, Finance and IT.
You will develop cohesive project plans, manage stakeholders across HR, Finance and IT, and drive end-to-end process improvements to deliver the HR module this year and Payroll/Expenses modules in 2027.
