Cornerstone Healthcare is seeking a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Kitnocks House. We provide care to 63 residents across four specialised units, supporting those with complex care needs. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. We are proud to be rated GOOD by the CQC.

What hours will you work?
One of the perks of working with us is a predictable rota that gives you regular time off to recharge:
- Week A: 3 shifts
- Week B: 4 shifts
- Day shifts: 07:30 to 20:00
That’s an average of 40.25 hours per week, with every other weekend off to enjoy life outside of work.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our care team, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents feel valued, comfortable, and as independent as possible.
- Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health and well-being
- Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
- Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
- Always promote choice, dignity, and privacy

About The Company
Cornerstone Healthcare provides specialist care for vulnerable people with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.
Residents in our homes typically have neurological degenerative conditions such as Dementia, combined with mental health issues, making them unsuitable for standard dementia or elderly residential care homes.
