About the Role

This is a foundational leadership hire to shape, build and embed the new product function in the business. You will own the Product Operating Model, build a team, drive product discovery, act as the voice of the customer and lead our Product services strategy for growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join the UK’s leading mobile and digital infrastructure company. As we expand from tower deployment to multi-product and multi-sector infrastructure innovation, we are developing new product solutions to meet market demands. This role will lead the new function to ensure our customer solutions and propositions are strategically aligned, operationally deliverable, and commercially profitable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product operating model and product lifecycle framework

• Build and manage a team of product managers and analysts

• Chair the cross-functional Product Steering Committee

• Define and govern the central product roadmap

• Partner with functional leadership team across Sales, Finance, Delivery, Engineering

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 10+ years in product or strategy roles within telecoms, technology and/ or digital infrastructure sector

• Strong business leader with ability to scale the portfolio with both speed and governance

• Track record of delivering business category innovation or expansion for growth

• Commercial success in launching tech led product propositions across complex supply chains

• Excellent grasp of B2B product management frameworks and their application (Product Operating Model, SAFe, Agile, discovery frameworks, and product leadership best practices

• Experience in creating scalable product processes across complex businesses

• Ability to grasp complexity in integration layers across Marketing, Commercial and Engineering to deliver the full product lifecycle from concept to cash.
