SGN is seeking a Head of MOB Asset Strategy to shape the long‑term roadmap for multi-occupancy assets across Scotland and the south of England. The role is hybrid with base at any SGN office and periodic travel as required.
You will lead the development of our MOB asset understanding, define strategy, delivery model and governance to manage risk and investment, and build the capability to deliver surveys, design, refurbishment and replacement during GD3 and beyond.
