We are seeking to appoint a Head of Business Services Operations, who will play a pivotal role in shaping how our services operate, evolve and deliver value. Working closely with the Director of Business Services and senior leaders across SGN, you'll lead operational delivery while driving modernisation, efficiency and continuous improvement across our business services.

- Lead high-performing business services: Lead shared services and support functions, ensuring efficient, reliable and customer-focused delivery.
- Drive transformation: Simplify processes, improve services and use technology, automation and data to work smarter.
- Strengthen governance and compliance: Ensure strong performance, risk, governance and compliance across Business Services.
- Manage resources effectively: Own budgets, workforce planning and resources, ensuring value for money and alignment with business priorities.
- Build capability: Lead and develop teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships: Work with senior leaders and teams across SGN to understand business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Improve customer experience: Use feedback and data to improve service quality, accessibility and satisfaction.
