This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how benefits are managed across the organisation and play a key role in delivering lasting operational and financial improvements.

We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses. Every role, whether in the office or on the front line, plays a key part in this mission. Here's how you will contribute...

  • Lead benefits realisation across the transformation portfolio.
  • Develop the frameworks, governance and reporting needed to measure and track value.
  • Partner with programme and operational teams to identify, quantify and baseline benefits.
  • Ensure benefits are linked to strategic objectives, business cases and investment decisions.
  • Create benefits maps and reporting that clearly demonstrate value delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Drive accountability for benefit ownership and delivery.
  • Support the successful transition of change into operational teams.
  • Embed a culture focused on delivering measurable business value.

What you will need

We're looking for an experienced benefits realisation, transformation, portfolio or finance professional who can turn change into measurable business value.

  • Experience leading benefits realisation within large-scale transformation programmes or portfolios.
  • Strong financial analysis, business case and cost-benefit evaluation skills.
  • Ability to influence, challenge and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
  • Experience developing and implementing benefits tracking and reporting frameworks.
  • Good understanding of programme and project delivery methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2 or Agile.

Desirable experience and qualifications

  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as utilities, energy, transport or infrastructure.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MSP or APM.
