Looking for a new part-time job where you can make a real difference and be a person that someone can rely on? You're in luck as our amazing #TeamArnha in Ellon are now on the lookout for a caring and reliable individual to join them on a part-time (20, 25 or 30 hours per week) basis.

Our team and the individuals you'll support:

  • You’ll become part of a friendly, fun team who support three amazing gentlemen to live in their own home.
  • You’ll build a genuine relationship with each of the gentlemen and be part of moments that really matter; whether it’s providing support to cook a meal, achieve a goal, try something new or just feel understood.
  • In addition to supporting the individuals with all aspects of their daily living, you’ll also support them with their hobbies and interests too, arts & crafts, photography, going for walks and out for coffee to name a few.

Shift patterns:

We’re dedicated to providing the best 24/7 support, so shift patterns for our services involve early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays and sleepovers. The sleep part of a sleepover shift isn’t included within your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment for £107.60 per sleepover worked.
