About the role
To be first point of contact for all Customer Orders into Cornerstone, responsible for receiving, validating, accepting or rejecting order requests into the business, using a pre-defined validation criterion and SLAs to ensure works requested are within Cornerstone scope and budget. Work with internal & external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships to ensure effective project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Order Request Processing (SOR) & Impact Assessment\’s (IAR)
•Efficiently manage all incoming Service Order Requests.
•Use key business reports and financial data to verify alignment with Cornerstone\’s scope, budget, and forecasts.
•Provide full justification for any rejected requests and escalate key issues to the Customer Order Manager.
•Oversee a ticketing help desk, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and meaningful updates.
Change Management
•Manage incoming Change Requests with attention to business scope, budget, and forecasting alignment.
•Justify rejected changes clearly and escalate issues as needed.
•Ensure help desk coordination with regular updates to stakeholders.
Database Management
•Maintain alignment of customer orders within the database system for a holistic view of all active projects and programs.
•Ensure data accuracy through regular cleansing and validation to uphold quality records.
Stakeholder Management
•Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
•Align stakeholders with Cornerstone\’s order management and supplier strategies.
•Provide updates on relevant changes to maintain customer engagement.
Supplier Support
•Ensure order processing aligns with current supplier strategies and business plans.
•Handle supplier queries proactively for efficient and accurate project delivery.
Compliance & Security
•Support health and safety, environmental practices, business continuity, and information security processes to meet customer commitments.
