As a Code Asset Manager, you will drive a national portfolio of code lease renewals - leading external estates and acquisition suppliers to deliver fast, cost effective, high quality site solutions. You will also negotiate directly with landlords and advisers to secure terms, push transactions to legal completion, and manage final agreement delivery through Cornerstone's legal partners.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage third party suppliers to deliver targets across your site portfolio.
- Build strong relationships across Estates, internal teams, customers and suppliers to ensure consistent delivery and clear communication.
- Provide policy guidance and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan, track and manage dependencies to ensure Cornerstone and customer objectives are met.
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting, identifying improvements and driving issues through to resolution.
- Champion process and cycle time improvements to boost performance.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where needed.
- Support health & safety, environmental, business continuity and information security standards across all activities.
- Deliver property transaction activities - including Code and 1954 Act lease renewals - through effective supplier management and/or direct negotiations.
- Achieve personal renewal, Capex and Opex targets using your asset management, commercial and property expertise.
- Validate and support supplier work, ensuring site specific challenges are addressed and resolved.
- Proven experience delivering commercial transactions, ideally with site renewals or acquisitions in a mobile network environment.
- Strong understanding of the Code and key Tribunal decisions.
- Track record of delivering high volumes of work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Experience managing third party suppliers to drive performance.
- Degree level education or equivalent vocational experience gained through commercial negotiations.
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities across all levels and functions.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver results.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and Excel (intermediate level).
