Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Marula Lodge. We care for 42 residents across four units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. What We’re Looking For:
- 12 months experience in a Care Home setting
- A caring, calm and compassionate nature
- Emotional resilience and a steady head in challenging situations
- A genuine interest in helping others live full, dignified lives
- Great communication skills (both written & verbal)
- A positive team-focused attitude
Shift Options:
We have Night positions available: Night shift: 19:45 – 07:45 Average: 38.5 hours per week.

- Support all aspects of daily living including personal care, mealtimes, and social activities
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity in every interaction
- Observe and report on changes in residents’ health and well-being
- Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional, person-centred care
- Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, residents, and their loved ones
