Responsibilities include:
- Manage and govern the supplier in the delivery of the Planned preventative maintenance.
- Collect and record data of delivery and implement continual improvement and problem management to enhance services.
- Define, record and contribute to the success of the Cornerstone Operations Maintenance Team while collaborating with other functions and areas of business ownership and professional/technical expertise.
- Work with Cornerstone Internal Teams to ensure that Shareholder network coverage is preserved and improved in line with business objectives.
- Manage, record and deliver governance and compliance within the Delivery Operations and Cornerstone Estate using appropriate mediums such as milestone reporting, meetings, one-to-ones and conference calls.
- Recommend and implement changes to governance or contracts that enable better execution of contract deliverables.
- Provide and manage all governance meetings and data behind all reporting into shareholders and Cornerstone senior reporting.
- Proactively direct, manage, record and escalate all risks, issues and dependencies, overseeing their resolutions and mitigation within Delivery Operations, Cornerstone Estates and shareholders delivery teams.
- Govern and be accountable for the delivery of the Planned preventative maintenance program, capturing statutory compliance, defects, remedial works and delivery of reactive tickets within agreed service levels.
- Drive the PPM program within agreed timescales, costs and quality through effective data management and control.
- Manage the supplier and Cornerstone customers, including site audits where applicable.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering projects in complex and rapidly changing environments while leading matrix and multi-skilled teams.
- Experience of running projects within a Telecoms Cellular Network Infrastructure Share environment.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and MS Project.
- Proven track record of managing people/suppliers and optimising the performance of multi-skilled teams.
- Excellent skills in Excel and MS Project.
