If you're kind, reliable, positive and up for making a difference, we'll give you all the training you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification, PVG costs and yearly SSSC registration fees.
What you'll do:
- Assist individuals to identify and work towards their goals.
- Develop personal plans that reflect their choices, individual support needs and capabilities.
- Support individuals to manage their own homes, increase and maintain their independence.
- Encourage and support them with personal care and their social, health and wellbeing needs.
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm into supporting them to access leisure activities and engage in meaningful activities.

Shift Patterns:
We’re dedicated to providing the best 24/7 support, so shift patterns will involve early mornings, days and evenings. Weekends, public holidays and sleepovers will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis. The sleep part of a sleepover shift isn't included within your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment for £107.60 per sleepover worked.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks. If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
