We are now on the lookout for new colleagues to join our relief pool in East Dunbartonshire covering our services in the Bishopbriggs, Kirkintilloch and Balmore areas. Our relief contracts give you flexibility; you tell us when you are available and we will look to give you shifts to fit.

Our relief colleagues play an incredibly important role within our teams. As a relief colleague, you will step in to ensure that we still provide excellent care and support during times of annual leave, training or sickness. This role will give you a lot of job satisfaction; no two days are ever the same, and you will play a huge part in making a difference in the lives of the individuals we support. You will support individuals living with disabilities and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, including personal care, medication, housework and preparing food. You will also support them to reach their goals, participate in their hobbies and activities and play an active part in their local communities.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with support from our Training Academy.
