Our teams and the people we support
You will join a dedicated team of Support Practitioners providing support to 4 individuals who have learning disabilities and other complex support needs, including physical disabilities. The people we support have many interests such as enjoying new experiences, living life to the full, going on holiday, cooking, socialising and meeting new friends. They will give anything a go including going to concerts, singing along to Abba, and going out for meals - no two days are ever the same.

Shift Patterns
Our fabulous team provides tailored 2:1 support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Shifts are formed by early shifts, back shifts, sleepovers, waking nights, weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis. Shifts typically start at 8am, back shifts finish at 10pm with waking nights usually being from 10pm - 8am and sleepovers which are typically 10am-10pm.
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
