Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our award-winning team at Kitnocks House. We provide care to 63 residents across four specialised units, supporting those with varying complex care. Our person-centred approach focuses on each individual’s unique challenges, not just their diagnosis. We're proud to be rated GOOD by the CQC.

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working in Care (essential)
- Experience working with adults that present with complex needs including challenging behaviours and mental health needs (desirable)
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families
- A caring and empathetic approach to residents and their visitors
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
What hours will you work?
- Day shifts:Â 07:30 to 20:00
- Night shift: 19:30 to 08:00
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our care team, you’ll play a huge role in helping residents feel valued, comfortable and as independent as possible.
- Supporting personal care routines with kindness and respect
- Encouraging residents to take part in social activities and hobbies
- Assisting at mealtimes and making sure dietary needs are met
- Noticing and reporting any changes in wellbeing or behaviour
- Always promoting choice, dignity and privacy
 * PLEASE NOTE *
Due to our training programme, we would require all Bank employees to attend a 5-day induction prior to starting employment. This induction will be paid for and takes place Monday to Friday 09.30 to 16.30. If you are working another full-time role, please take this into account when applying to the position as this induction is mandatory.
