You will join a team supporting a young woman who lives in her family home. She is an outgoing, active individual with a busy schedule, attending a variety of activities and community events throughout the week - no two days are ever the same. Due to the needs of this service, we will need you to have a full UK manual drivers licence with 1 years experience on the roads. The person is a wheelchair user and uses a hoist for transfers. Applicants should be comfortable and confident assisting with hoist transfers, with training provided.

Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will be Monday to Sunday, typically between 7:30am and 7:30pm, although hours may vary depending on the activities and plans of the person we support. 24-hour support is provided during respite periods therefore sleepovers will be part of the rota during these times.
Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
