Join us as a Performance Marketer to accelerate customer acquisition, optimise paid media performance, and support our growth across digital channels. You will play a key role in driving ROI and supporting data-driven marketing initiatives across the business. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team.

As a Performance Marketer at Evaro, you will:

  • Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across channels (especially Google) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage campaign optimisation to maximise ROI and hit key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages and audience segments to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and competition performance to provide actionable insights to the Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with Data Analyst, designers and developer in the marketing team to improve funnel conversion rates.

About you:

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3yr+ relevant experience in performance marketing campaigns such as Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign management platforms and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience managing substantial media budgets (£100k+ monthly) and demonstrable track record of achieving performance targets.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models and conversion funnel optimisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative, clinical and data.

Desirable Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Meta Ads Manager, Bing, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience scaling performance marketing programmes in high-growth environments.
