Join us as an Independent Pharmacist Prescriber to play a pivotal role in the medication review process, helping us maintain exceptional service standards and response times while addressing the growing needs of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Making appropriate clinical decisions
• Working alongside the clinical team to improve patient care and safety of services provided
• Collaborating with wider company teams such as: Pharmacy and Customer Service to offer legendary patient care
• Ensuring that they are complying with GPHC and CQC guidance
• To ensure competency in all their clinical areas of prescribing
• Act as a key contact in practice for all medication-related queries.

About you

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with a valid PIN
• Postgraduate Certificate in Independent Prescribing
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
