CornerStone is a leading independent Security Risk Consultancy, and we are now looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our award-winning team for a one year temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent role. We are seeking an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that is built upon innovation, teamwork, taking ownership, and supporting each other. The HR Administrator will administrate the HR admin, recruitment, training and development across the business. This position will be reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and will also be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations. The individual must have a knowledge of the PeopleHR/Access software.
Key Responsibilities- HR Administration: Maintain and update the PeopleHR platform and other HR systems. Complete timely administration of HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding. Keep accurate records of CVs, applicants, and employee data. Support the CPO with day-to-day updates, presentations, KPI reporting, and team communications.
- Recruitment & Engagement: Administrate the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates, shortlisting to appointment. Organise and run meetings to assess and select candidates. Maintain a register of applicants and support engagement initiatives.
- Training & Development: Administrate the Training Academy, including updating courses, reporting, and facilitating new content on the LMS. Support the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) process. Administer internal Continuous Performance Program (CPP). Assist with planning, scheduling, and administration for leadership development programmes.
- Compliance & Legislation: Stay up to date with UK HR legislation and ensure business practices remain compliant.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and organise social events to support team connectivity. Provide ad-hoc support for special projects as required.
