We are seeking a Workshop Welder Fabricator to join a permanent position in Cambridgeshire.
Salary: £17-£20 per hour (PAYE).
Hours: 7:30am-4pm Mon-Thurs / 7:30am-3pm Fri, 39 hrs + overtime.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Holidays: 22 days plus bank holidays.
Start: ASAP.
Duties:
- Carrying out fabrication and welding work from engineering drawings within the workshop.
- Producing accurate assemblies, ensuring quality and dimensional standards are maintained.
- Working with a variety of steel sections and components.
- Preparing materials, setting out, and finishing fabricated items to specification.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator.
- Skilled in MIG welding Structural Steel & Architectural Metalwork.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
