Job Description
A leading architectural metalwork and structural steel company in London, specialising in the design, fabrication, and installation of bespoke steel and metalwork projects is currently looking for a draughtsman to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings and fabrication details for a wide range of architectural metalwork and structural steel projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to develop shop drawings.
- Work closely with the design, fabrication, and project management teams.
- Ensure all drawings are compliant with industry standards and project specifications.
- Manage revisions and updates to drawings as required.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Draughtsman in architectural metalwork and/or structural steel (preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D knowledge beneficial).
- Strong knowledge of fabrication and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have the right to work in the UK – no sponsorship is available for this role.
