Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee quantity surveying activities on 1-2 projects simultaneously (Value: £45m)
- Cost management and control
- Preparation of valuations and final accounts
- Contract administration
- Tendering and procurement
- Risk management and mitigation
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of QS experience (demolition experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC)
- Proficiency in QS software
