A leading specialist façade contractor in North Greenwich is currently looking for a Senior Cladding Designer.
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (North Greenwich Office / Remote / Site Visits)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Duties:
- Producing cladding construction details, elevations, and fire barrier drawings.
- Managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, primarily within the M25.
- Conducting site surveys, inspections, and coordinating with commercial/site teams.
- Preparing material take-offs and technical submissions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of specific UK Cladding design experience (Curtain walling-only experience will not be considered).
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (3D/Revit/Bluebeam is an advantage).
- Solid understanding of fire barriers, insulation, fixings, and U-values.
- A PDF portfolio of sample cladding drawings is required for consideration.
