Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and cost aspects of structural steel and off-site construction projects, from tender through to final account, in North Yorkshire.
Start Date: ASAP.
Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum (DOE).
Requirements include:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying (or related field)
- Proven experience in structural steel and off-site manufacturing
- Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
