A contractor specialising in Facade is seeking an experienced Façade Engineer (Hybrid) to join their team in Aylesford, Kent.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum plus benefits

Working hours: 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm

Hybrid set-up: Candidates must be able to work on-site in Aylesford at least 1–2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare façade design documentation using relevant engineering software.
  • Conduct structural and thermal analyses in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Contribute technical input and develop innovative façade solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager and other project stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality documentation and ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Lead or participate in external meetings, coordinating with consultants and designers.
  • Independently manage tasks while ensuring project deadlines and quality targets are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Façade Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical background in façade design for residential and commercial projects.
  • Proficient in producing technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical expertise to architects and design teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
