Facade Designer

A contractor specialising in Facade is seeking two experienced Designers with a background in Cladding to join their team in Greater Manchester ASAP

Salary: £35,000 – £55,000

Work Arrangement: Full-time & On-site

Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for cladding projects.
• Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and design changes.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Review drawings for compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions.

Qualifications

• Essential experience in cladding systems.
• Skilled in Revit and CAD.
• Strong focus on precision in drafting.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative work.
