We are seeking an Assistant Demolition Contracts Manager to support the delivery of demolition projects across Central England. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with site and project experience who is looking to develop further within demolition management.
Location: Office based in Oxfordshire with sites across Central England
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: Β£55,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the management of demolition projects ranging from Β£10k up to Β£2m
- Overseeing soft strip, cut and carve, and full demolition works
- Supporting project planning, coordination, and day-to-day site operations
- Managing health and safety compliance across assigned sites
- Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitoring programme progress and assisting with cost control
- Managing between 1 to 5 sites depending on project size and complexity
- Supporting commercial elements of projects, including basic QS duties where capable
- Working to personal strengths with structured development into wider responsibilities
Requirements:
- CCDO Black Card preferred, though relevant experience and a strong attitude will be considered
- Background in demolition or enabling works
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communication and organisational skills
