We are currently looking for a Technical Manager for a permanent role, managing a portfolio of Architectural Metalwork packages, primarily in the London area.
Salary: £65,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Work Setup: Strictly Office Based (No working from home, no site surveys required)
Start Date: ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing 4 to 5 concurrent Architectural Metalwork projects, ensuring technical compliance and successful delivery.
- Overseeing a small team of Draughtsmen/Detailers within a larger 12-person team.
- Using expertise with the TEKLA platform to coordinate projects effectively.
- Acting as the technical lead between design, fabrication, and project management.
Requirements:
- Proven management experience in Architectural Metalwork or Structural Steel.
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency with TEKLA detailing software is highly advantageous.
- Experience managing or supervising a draughting/detailing team.
