We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our Commercial Director at our office in Maulden, Bedfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain high-level exposure within a lean, high-turnover (£30M) M&E contractor setting.
Hours: 8:30-17:00 (Office Based)
Salary: £40,000 per annum (Negotiable based on skills/experience)
Key Duties:
- Assisting the Commercial Director with all aspects of commercial management.
- Preparing and managing variations and client applications for payment.
- Handling procurement, including placing purchase orders.
- Managing subcontractor applications and payments.
- Preparing cost-to-complete reports and managing labour costs/budgets.
Experience with Eque 2 software is beneficial.
