A Demolition Site Manager is needed to oversee a range of demolition projects across the UK. The role involves managing all types of demolition works, with projects ranging from £60K to £4M in value.

Location: Warwickshire (parking available) - working UK-wide

Salary: £60,000

Package: Company Car, Car Allowance + paid travel & accommodation

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site demolition activities
  • Ensure health & safety compliance across all operations
  • Manage site teams, plant, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate logistics, site access, and daily operations
  • Liaise with clients and project stakeholders
  • Maintain site records, reporting, and updates to head office

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demolition site management
  • Strong understanding of H&S and relevant regulations
  • Willingness to travel and stay away as needed
  • SMSTS and CCDO (or equivalent) desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
