New Build & Refurbishment Site Manager required for a job in South London starting 26th January.
- Rate: £260 per day
- Contract: 26th January until end of June 2026 (5 months)
- Hours: 07:30 - 17:00 (no weekends)
- Project Value: £815k (timber-framed semi-detached, 3 storeys)
- Team Size: Managing all trades on site, approx. 12 operatives
Duties:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the programme is maintained
- Managing trades and labour on site as the sole Site Manager
- Delivering a high-quality finished product across all stages of the build
- Maintaining accurate records, including photographic evidence for SAPs/EPCs
- Monitoring H&S, site standards, and compliance
- Coordinating workflow and resolving issues promptly to keep works on track
Requirements:
- Black CSCS card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Experience managing new build and refurbishment projects
- Strong IT literacy and confidence with digital record keeping
