We are seeking an Assistant Demolition Contracts Manager to support the delivery of demolition projects across Central England. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with site and project experience who is looking to develop further within demolition management.

Location: Office based in Oxfordshire with sites across Central England

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: £55,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of demolition projects ranging from £10k up to £2m
  • Overseeing soft strip, cut and carve, and full demolition works
  • Supporting project planning, coordination, and day-to-day site operations
  • Managing health and safety compliance across assigned sites
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitoring programme progress and assisting with cost control
  • Managing between 1 to 5 sites depending on project size and complexity
  • Supporting commercial elements of projects, including basic QS duties where capable
  • Working to personal strengths with structured development into wider responsibilities

Requirements

  • CCDO Black Card preferred, though relevant experience and a strong attitude will be considered
  • Background in demolition or enabling works
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
