A leading steel fabrication specialist is currently looking for a Workshop Manager to oversee their facility in Letchworth Garden City.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: Letchworth Garden City
Duties:
- Managing a team of 13 skilled operatives within the fabrication workshop.
- Overseeing a variety of projects involving structural steel and architectural metalwork.
- Ensuring production schedules are met and maintaining high-quality standards across all fabrication processes.
- Responsible for workflow management, health and safety compliance, and team coordination.
- Coordinating between the workshop and design/project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
On-site parking available.
