A contractor specialising in Glazing is seeking an experienced Estimator for a permanent role to join their team in Lancashire.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Hours: 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (one late shift until 5 PM) and occasional Saturday mornings as required. (Expected to work the hours as required by the business, not a 'clocking in / clocking out' type role.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process retail and trade quotations and tenders efficiently using various quoting and visualization systems for UPVC, composite, and aluminium window and door systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize systems such as Business Micros, Logikal, and Tommy Trinder to generate competitive quotes and proposals that meet customer specifications.
- Present and send out quotes to customers using a CRM system, maintaining clear communication and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to support the development of manufacturer software and enhance the front-end customer presentation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
