We\’re looking for a Partner & Reseller Principal Program Owner

This role is remote, based in the United Kingdom.

The Partner & Reseller Principal Program Owner is a strategic individual contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and transforming enablement ecosystems that enhance performance and organizational transformation across global sales and customer organizations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Effectiveness, this role requires strategic leadership, enterprise-level thinking, and advanced consultative skills to develop innovative learning and enablement frameworks. The success of this role will be measured by program adoption, completion, knowledge application, and contributions to business objectives such as reseller revenue growth, services partner transformation, and long-term relationship value.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Program Design: Develop strategies addressing key business needs and skill gaps, creating innovative learning journeys with measurable outcomes.
  2. Program Management Excellence: Manage programs using Agile methodologies throughout their lifecycle, from conception to continuous improvement.
  3. Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, including internal partner teams, alliances, and services organizations globally, to ensure programs meet evolving requirements.
  4. Content Curation & Development: Oversee creation of engaging learning content, working with subject matter experts to simplify complex information for better knowledge retention.
  5. Measurement Framework: Establish metrics and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and impact, using data to refine strategies.
  6. Change Management: Lead initiatives to promote adoption of new programs, processes, and behaviors, securing organizational buy-in.
  7. Global Delivery: Design scalable programs accommodating diverse learning preferences and regional requirements worldwide, ensuring consistent quality while respecting local nuances.

Qualifications:

  • Partner & Reseller Expertise: Extensive experience with SaaS resellers and services partners, executing enablement programs that yield measurable results.
  • Program Management Experience: 10+ years in designing and managing complex enablement or learning programs with demonstrated impact.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Deep understanding of sales and customer success processes, translating business needs into effective learning strategies.
  • Agile Proficiency: Proven experience applying Agile methodologies and design thinking for iterative program improvement.
  • Consultative Skills: Strong needs assessment and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior leaders.
  • Global Mindset: Experience delivering programs across diverse international markets, sensitive to regional differences.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to establish and utilize metrics frameworks to demonstrate ROI and guide improvements.
