We are seeking a Content Partner Manager to manage new and existing global content partnerships primarily located in Europe, to bolster our Cornerstone Content Subscriptions, Partner Subscriptions, and other offerings. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Partnerships, you will join an established team and manage an expanding portfolio of content providers. The right candidate will be a self‑starter with a service mindset who enjoys problem solving and working collaboratively to find solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support integration and launch of new partners. Work with internal teams from onboarding to launch.
- Be responsible for daily partner management for assigned accounts and propose solutions to any problems they face.
- Identify trends in partner experience journey and propose/design process improvements.
- Build and strengthen content partner relationships and propose any new services that can enhance value for Cornerstone’s content partners.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
- Partner internally to build full organizational capability around our products, services, and client organizations.
- Represent partners internally and advocate for improvements that will bring process efficiencies to partner management.
- Work closely with our content subscription teams to align partner content with gaps and roadmap for Content Anytime subscriptions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing partners and partner teams, preferably in the L&D space.
- Strong customer service and networking skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing on daily tasks.
- Proficiency with systems such as Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Monday.com.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with excellent follow‑up.
- Drive to achieve results in a globally dispersed team in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Bias towards action with a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work across time zones and regions.
- Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- Based in the United Kingdom or in the United States with strong knowledge of European cultures.
- Available to partners in Europe during their working hours.
- Ability to travel for conferences, partner meetings, or colleague collaboration, as needed.

The disclosed salary range reflects the geographic differential based on the location of the position if applicable. The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job‑related factors. This range is based on a full‑time position and may be adjusted in the future. The base salary range for this position is £47,700 – £76,300.
