Job Description
£38,000 FTE – Permanent Role (4 or 5 days/week considered pro rata)
Location: Office-based, West Edinburgh
We’re an established, independent letting agency looking for a confident and capable Lettings Operations Manager to take the lead in the day-to-day running of our property operations.
This is a long-term, permanent role — and will suit someone experienced in lettings or property operations who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and drive progress across a growing portfolio.
🛠 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinating inspections, checkouts, safety certificates, and deposit returns
- Managing the lettings workflow and ensuring key tasks are followed through
- Communicating with tenants, landlords, and contractors calmly and professionally
- Leading our admin and field-based team to deliver timely, high-quality service
- Keeping compliance on track and improving systems where possible
- Taking over key responsibilities previously handled by a senior colleague (currently on leave)
This is an office-based role with occasional need to support or direct the field team. You won’t be expected to conduct daily viewings or inspections.
