About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Senior Administrator to support and oversee the administrative functions of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating key administrative processes, and providing essential support to leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
This role demands excellent organisational and communication skills.
Previous experience in the healthcare or medical devices sector would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- To coordinate and support the administrative function of the business, ensuring day-to-day operational effectiveness.
- To support the administration of the quality, compliance and regulatory affairs of the team efficiently.
- Develop, implement and coordinate policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Ensure administrative compliance with healthcare and medical device industry regulations and company standards.
- Assist in maintenance of core administrative elements of the business, including record keeping, data management, and SOPs, including technical data sheets, product specifications, guides, and IFUs (Information for Use).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance admin efficiencies for the team
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools
- Digital awareness and understanding, working with digital programmes and tools to accomplish tasks and update & maintain data, including AI.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Manage people and delegate delegates tasks efficiently to optimise team productivity and individual development
- Desirable: Awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance related to medical devices
