We are involved in all stages of product development from initial design to getting products listed in the largest pharmacy and retail chains. Additionally, we are proud to be one of the key suppliers of medical devices to the NHS and UK-based digital health providers. As a growing team with ambitious plans, we currently have offices in Hong Kong, Auckland (NZ), and our head office in Salfords (Surrey), where this position is based.

As an Assistant Product Manager, you will support the growth and success of Kinetik Wellbeing’s healthcare product portfolio across UK and international markets. Working closely with product development, sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams, you will help coordinate product launches, develop marketing materials, analyse market trends, and support retail and ecommerce initiatives. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Product Launch Strategy: Assist in executing product marketing initiatives that support product growth and customer engagement. Analyse product specifications, sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decisions for product enhancements or discontinuation. Support the management of products throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • New Product Launch: Support with the delivery of new product launches for domestic and international markets. Work closely with international product development and manufacturing partners across Asia to support product quality, packaging development, and launch timelines.
  • Market Research and Requirements Gathering: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging consumer trends and product opportunities. Gather detailed product requirements and specifications from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Marketing Material Development: Support in the creation of compelling marketing materials, including gift boxes, instruction manuals, rating labels, digital assets, presentations and promotional content. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team preparing for customer meetings including online and offline retailers and pharmacy stores in the UK, Europe and across the Asia Pacific region.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with our product development team and manufacturers in Asia, ensuring robust teamwork and adherence to strict quality assurance processes. Work together to ensure products meet high standards of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance in target markets.
Requirements:
  • Essential: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and/or 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, product, or brand support roles. Strong organisational and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. A proactive, self-starting mindset with the confidence to take initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Interest in healthcare, wellbeing, or consumer products. Ambitious and motivated by career progression and growth.
  • Desirable: Exposure to consumer healthcare or medical devices. Knowledge of packaging, product compliance, or regulatory processes. Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturers.
