Are you an experienced Lettings Professional looking for a fresh opportunity with a growing independent estate agency?

We’re looking for a confident and knowledgeable Lettings Manager with at least 2 years’ experience in residential lettings/property management to join our team in Tameside.

This is a hands-on role within a supportive and ambitious business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the lettings department and grow with the company.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), based in our Dukinfield office, with flexibility required to attend properties for inspections, viewings, and maintenance-related matters when needed.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the lettings and property management department, including:

  • Managing a small team
  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships
  • Handling tenancy progression and compliance
  • Overseeing maintenance and repairs
  • Managing property inspections and viewings
  • Working with systems including Alto, Rightmove, Inventory Base, Rightmove and Fixflo
  • Supporting the continued growth of the business
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings/property management
  • Good understanding of lettings compliance and processes
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Strong systems and software skills
  • Future-focused with a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting growth
  • Professional, organised, and confident in managing workloads
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
