  • Oversee rotas, labour organisation and operational efficiency
  • Deliver consistent service standards and strong customer experience
  • Support and execute events professionally
  • Represent the brewery brand with credibility and pride

You will work closely with an experienced Operations Manager and wider brewery leadership team, who provide commercial and strategic support.

However, this role requires someone who leads from the front and takes initiative to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in high standards
  • Is commercially aware, organised and solution focused

Formal cellar training or significant hands-on cellar experience is highly desirable.

You may already be a General Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up.

What matters most is your operational competence, leadership presence and genuine passion for quality beer.
