As a Private Dining Waiter at The Greenhouses London, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality within our unique private dining spaces. You will provide warm, attentive, and personalised service, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable experience from arrival through to departure.
Working closely with the management and kitchen teams, you will help create seamless events, maintain the highest service standards, and represent The Greenhouses' commitment to excellence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service during private dining events.
- Prepare and set up dining rooms to the highest standards before each event.
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised, attentive service throughout each event.
- Ensure tables, glassware, cutlery, and service stations remain clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines, and beverages to confidently answer guest questions.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Assist with clearing down and resetting the venue following events.
- Support colleagues across different event spaces when required.
- Uphold The Greenhouses' brand standards and consistently deliver an outstanding guest experience.
About You

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or private dining environment.

- Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards.
